Users with the admin role are able to view, edit and create other users. This is done from the users sub-menu of the Admin section. As shown below the date of last sign in is listed for each user which is useful for checking when new users have completed the sign in process.
Administrators can block users temporarily by locking accounts, unlock users who have been blocked by multiple failed login attempts and force users to change their password as required.
To create a new user you will need to specify a name, email address and select a role for the user. More details on roles are their implications are here.
