Integration with Sepax C-Pro equipment requires a Chronicle Gateway. If you have not got a Chronicle Gateway available on your lab network, please contact a GE sales rep to organise installation.
Adding a Sepax C-Pro unit to an Existing Chronicle Gateway Install
If you already have a Chronicle Gateway installed, adding a New Sepax Unit can be done by editing the configuration file for the Chronicle Gateway. You can find this file in the same location as the install placed the program. This is, by default, the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\GE Healthcare. The file will be called LogUploader.exe.config, and should be edited with a text editor, such as Notepad. This configuration file is in the XML format, and we would advise creating a backup prior to editing it.
We will need to edit two fields in this configuration file, one called "SepaxIDToSepaxSerial" and the other called "SepaxIDToToken". To fill these in, we will need to know three different pieces of information:
1) The Sepax Serial Number
This can be found on the rear of the device, and has the format: "NNNN.NNNN", for example: "1234.9876".
2) The Sepax Chronicle API Token.
This can be found on the Equipment's entry on Chronicle.
3) The Sepax unit's Host Name
This can be found by accessing the Service menu on the Sepax unit and navigating to the Debug screen.
Once all these pieces of information have been obtained, we need to fill in the two sections of the configuration file. For both sections, we want to add in the information we obtained in the format, with different Sepax C-Pro unit's information separated by semicolons: ";".

Creating a Sepax C-Pro Equipment Record
However, you can still create an equipment record for this device to maintain service history and other notes. Log into your Chronicle instance and navigate to the Equipment view, before selecting "Add a new device".
Enter the details on the page, making sure to select "Sepax C-Pro" from the dropdown box for "Device Type".
You should then be presented with a screen as shown below, detailing your newly created Sepax C-Pro equipment.
